In addition, we built reporting tools to monitor their progress against their goals and revamped the appraisal forms to align employee performance with the strategy of the firm.
- To help companies get a better understanding of the business planning process, we wrote a 70 page planning guide complete with financial templates to assist them in the development of an effective plan.

- Developed and launched a 401(k) product. 52 proposal requests and 4 plans were sold the previous year. With this new product the client received 823 proposal requests and 46 plans sold in just the first 9 months.
- Developed a new outsourcing service that was sold to companies like Banc One and AON and raised over $800 million in assets under administration.
- Created several new businesses targeted to niche audiences: independent consultants, professional public speakers and small businesses.
- Led the development of a new software package from writing the initial specifications to testing to product launch
- Started a brand new brokerage department focusing on IRAs that raised $100 million in assets the first 12 months of operations.
Market Development
We look through the lens of a CEO when we approach a marketing project. Before we create or propose anything, we evaluate your competitive landscape, value proposition and target market. This approach drives meaningful business results.
- Grew a small business community to close to 25,000 members. Less than 35,000 sites out of an estimated 300 million have more traffic than this site.
- Increased leads for a bell and clock distributor by 30% through new marketing materials, advertising and selling strategies.
- Developed a corporate identity package that included a logo, brochure, business card, newsletter and powerpoint templates.
- Implemented a new customer relationship management system for a client that improved reporting, insight into their relationships and reduced system costs by close to 45%.
Efficient Operations

- Worked with a global technology group at a large company that was responsible for reducing IT costs by $100 million.
- Led a company through a process to document their core operations. We providing them with templates, guidance and auditing which resulted in over 50 policies and procedures being written.
- Worked with a distributor to reduce their operating expenses. Through process and technology improvements, we were able to reduce monthly operating expenses by 20% while increasing their level of service.
- Created a new customer service department for a client and developed training, standards and processes to improve the customer experience.
